The community still has some awesome stuff come out of it like the spells contributed by EnaiSiaon. I made some good friends and we later released some really cool stuff toguether. My work didn't go to waste, after all i made some decent stuff, put some hard work in it while it didn't feel like work at all, and got to decorate my early portfolio with it even though i didn't take 3D modeling as a career. I learned alot about game engines, rendering, modeling and shading, and had a lot of fun making rusty swords and morbid fleshy hammers. I can honestly attest that those were the best months i had in that decade, working with Apollo, T3nd0, Ton圜ubed and many others. Most of us were young adults still enjoying the luxury of free time and about to get hit smack in the face with real life and careers. Speaking of it some 6 years later after an experience in actual software/game development, i can tell you that it was a gigantic undertaking Apollo (then a lawyer who just was about to start his career) wouldn't have had the time for.

The only major remaining task of the project was the integration : taking all that stuff, and tuning it into quests, scenes, scripts and dialogue.Īnd apollo was mostly in charge of it.

It was Apollo's project, the team was just a group of enthusiastic modders offering contributions ( models, textures, spells, level design, writing etc)
